Our unique and award winning floral infused gin, pot distilled in small batches with 13 organic, native & exotic botanicals infused with butterfly pea flower petals. Normally used in herbal tea, these petals are pH sensitive, changing colour from their natural indigo to pink when mixed with tonic water, lemon or lime juice, sparking conversation wherever it pours.

Origin of Ink Dry Gin
An explorer and an author found a farm nestled between the sea, the rainforest and the mountains. It seemed perfect, for they had a vision to create different types of spirit – spirits of the land and close to nature.
Three years later a bold and deeply unconventional artisan spirit was born in a small green shed on that very farm. They called it Ink Dry Gin. In the gin was a truly unique botanical that broke boundaries and raised eyebrows, for the gin was blue. But then sometimes, it was pink. “But gin is supposed to be clear!” they were told.
Ink was a true original. As we pen the next chapter of the story, the spirit of innovation & creativity drives us to create more naturally beautiful gin.
